KOFASIL DUO

Biological Silage Additive

for improvement of fermentation and reheating control

Image

Improved animal performance plus protection against reheating and mold

Image

The combination of homofermentative and heterofermentative lactic acid bacteria combines the positive effects of  KOFASIL LAC and KOFASIL S.

The inclination to Reheating esspecially at silages with higher DM- and sugar contents is reduced and the fermentation quality is secured.

A high number of trials with a wide range of fodder crops eg. gras, alflalfa, red clover, green cereal crops and crimped cereals prove the double effect of KOFASIL DUO

KOFASIL DUO stands for

Increased biogas yield

Reduced DM and energy losses from the field to the barn

Improved palatability and feed intake

Higher animal yield

Application

KOFASIL DUO is mixed with tap water and can be immediately used thereafter.

The product can be used for micro-dosing (20 – 50 ml/t). For optimal distribution, choosing a dosage from 1.0 to 2.0 liters per ton of silage is recommended.

KOFASIL DUO is suitable for improving the fermenation quality and reducing reheating.
